Vibra Hospital is a very nice place to work and grow.
Not enough overtime and really that is the only complaint i have.
Advice to Management
My Mother has been at vibra more than once. She insists on returning. The rehab people r very caring and wonderfull.( a special thanks to Carl). The kitchen staff always tries to make my mom what she likes and r very nice to all if us. Prices 4 guests r more then resonable. I know the staff is over worked snd under paid. I have also seen first hand that some of the patients r mire than a handfull. I would suggest that a family member is there as mych as they can b.

My mother was a patient at Vibra Hospital of SE Michigan for over three weeks in December 2011. She was recovering from septic shock after spending more than three weeks in an acute care hospitial which discharged her with a nasty and very contagous c. diff infection. She received excellent care from all of the nurses and nurse assistants. Additionally, she received bed side physical and occupational therapy five days a week. The entire care team was very professional and helpful. Thanks to the physician, nursing and therapy teams at Vibra Hospital, my mother cleared the c. diff she contracted during her stay at an acute hospital, which intern improved her cognition and prepared her to be able to participate in intense therapy at a rehabilitation facility. Had it not been for Vibra Hospital, my mother would have wasted over three weeks of her Medicare rehabilitation days in a program for which she was not medically ready to participate.
